AXA Paris' goal is to huddle with
their members from different parts of the world to discuss their efforts in
modernising their current technology.
With this in mind, Events on
Demand organized AXA Cloud Days and AXA DevOps Days, a four-day event in
Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila, which accommodated about 200 attendees from 16
different AXA branches all over the world such as South Korea, Malaysia, India,
Germany, United Kingdom, and the United States of America.
From the preparation of pre-event
materials such as nameplates and giveaways, to day-of-the-event tasks such as
registration of the attendees through QR codes, handing out event materials,
managing the technical booth for sounds and lights, projectors, and
presentations, and overseeing the whole event, Events on Demand made sure that
we were able to deliver.
During the four-day event, three
simultaneous breakout sessions were scheduled every day after the keynote
speeches were delivered in the morning. In these breakout sessions, guests were
free to choose which topic they'd like to know more about. For the guests'
comfort, Events on Demand prepared different meeting rooms within the hotel for
each session.
We at Events on Demand are
