Did you know that Events on
Demand not only organizes formal corporate events but also fun and energetic
company-wide gatherings?
As a matter of fact, one of the
country's largest government agencies, Social Security System (SSS), partnered
with Events on Demand to organize their annual sports festival for 2019.
The Events on Demand team took on
the challenge of arranging a whole day full of activities and games that will
not only bring joy to the employees but also help them strengthen their
harmonious relationship with each other.
Events on Demand prepared all the
logistics for the big day at Marikina Sports Center including game materials
needed for the two simultaneous events scheduled that day namely, Larong Pinoy
and Larong Tubig.
Under these two events, 1,400
employees who were grouped into 14 separate teams competed in eight games,
including the most-awaited cheerdance competition.
It was all fun and games until
the rain poured heavily, halting the Larong Pinoy event happening in the open
oval. Good thing that our event coordinators are always quick on their feet and
immediately moved the event in a covered
area still inside the sports center.
All these games as well as the
flow of the program were strictly monitored by a total of 21 members of the
Events on Demand team to make sure that all the attendees enjoy themselves and
end the day with a memorable experience.
